Let me go line by line, local knowledge: Richard gave me facts backed by research for every neighborhood where we went to see a home, when i got home and look those facts up then i knew this guy knew his stuff.Process expertise: before putting in an offer Richard told me what to expect (i purchase a short sale) and it was very accurate so i wasn't shocked by anything that happened along the way from offer to closing.Responsiveness: If you can't get a hold of Richard, you will definitely get a hold of one of his licensed assistants and he will get back to you asap.Negotiation skills: I got seller credits that greatly reduced my closing costs thanks to Richard.I'm so grateful i got to work with Richard on my first real estate deal and i'm looking forward to doing many more deals with him.
